***Applications for the 2009 TogetherGreen Conservation Leadership Program are due April 15***
TogetherGreen, National Audubon Society’s exciting conservation initiative is accepting applications for the 2009 TogetherGreen Conservation Leadership Program. This is the second year of a 5-year initiative designed to build conservation leadership, engage people in conservation action, and achieve lasting conservation results.
The TogetherGreen Conservation Leadership Program invests in both proven and promising leaders who are committed to empowering others and to creating positive environmental change in their communities and organizations. In 2009, up to 40 Fellows will be selected to participate in this 18-month program. All Fellows will receive $10,000 to support a conservation project, take part in professional development opportunities, and become part of a talented cadre of leaders working together to achieve lasting conservation results.
