Project TitleEntegra Development & Investment, LLC
Websitewww.entegra-re.comMission, Goals, and ResultsEntegra Development & Investment is a project of Brian Salazar, a graduate of Dartmouth College (B.A.) and the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College (M.B.A.). Brian’s vision is to create a profitable real estate development and investment firm dedicated to community development, sustainable design, and environmental stewardship. By employing “green” design practices and responsible construction techniques, 3MS hopes to reshape the way real estate development is conducted, one project at a time. Over the next 12-18 months, 3MS will acquire a pilot property to develop with a goal of creating return for both its investors and the community. Its design and construction will be a ‘Petri dish’ for documenting the effectiveness of green development, leading the firm to become a thought leader in the industry. Brian believes that, eventually, sustainable design and construction practices will become commonplace, negating the need for industry specialization.

How are you? I'm getting excited for GreenBuild! I am working on putting together a meet up for the Wild gift folks during the conference, since there will be quite a contingent of us there. Right now I am thinking that it might work best to all meet up after the conference ends on Friday the 21st after the final keynote for lunch. The keynote ends at 1, so we could all head out together after that and have some time to catch up and talk about our experience at the conference. Would that work for you? Let me know!
Lauren
Thanks a lot, I love your photos! guesswhat, I will not be guiding the trek this summer on account of I am heavy with child. due date is start of trek, so it will have to be next year, or the year after before I can join the trek again. Hope you're well and same for your women! Love, Francie
and there were a lot of people actually did make comments about eating local -- whether they agreed or disagreed, it's a good sign that they cared enough to jump in to the debate.
